1. Introduction

Welcome to Zytro (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Zytro mobile application (the “App”) on Android devices.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Scope

This policy applies only to the App and the services accessed through it. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or content that may be linked or referenced inside the App, which are governed by their own policies.

3. Information We Collect

We design the App to collect minimal personal information directly from you. Depending on how you use the App, the following may apply.

3.1 Information you provide voluntarily

If you email us (for example at zytroserver@icloud.com), we receive your email address, message content, and any information you choose to include.

The App displays advertisements through Google Mobile Ads (including the Google Mobile Ads SDK and, where applicable, the User Messaging Platform for consent in certain regions). Google may collect and process information including advertising identifiers (where permitted), device information, app interaction data, approximate location derived from IP address, and other data described in Google’s policies.

3.4 Clipboard

If you use features that copy text to the clipboard (for example copying our contact email in Settings), that operation occurs locally on your device. We do not receive the clipboard contents from that action unless you separately send information to us (for example by email).

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, except where your consent is required by law.
